1.  Return policy -New and unused merchandise, with exception to custom orders, can be exchanged or returned for any reason up to 30 days after receipt. Sorry, shipping costs associated with returns is not refundable. 5. 1-Year Guarantee or We'll Replace it for Free!* Our bracelets are made with an extra strong magnet & steel wire. Your product will be replaced if the bracelet is defective. If ball markers are lost replacements can be reordered for $2.00 each. Replacement bracelets will be of the same or comparable style/size as originally purchased.
